Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce
Great with skewered chicken and rice
ingredients
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 t. sesame oil
- 1/2 t. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl with whisk to blend until creamy.

Can store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
