Fresh, sassy flavorful dressing to pour on any vegetable salad. Great with haricot verts or steamed asparagus. Acquired at “A Night in Paris” dinner with the Goldbergs on a Packer fundraiser.
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil
- 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
