Roasted Red Pepper Dip
ingredients
- 1 small jar of roasted red peppers, strained & diced
- 1 package of shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 cups)
- 1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
- 1/2 c. mayonaisse
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
- 1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)
directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all of the ingredients and spread into a small baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers.
