Roasted Red Pepper Dip

  • 1 small jar of roasted red peppers, strained & diced

  • 1 package of shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 cups)

  • 1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)

  • ½ c. mayonaisse

  • 1½ Tbsp. Grey Poupon

  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all of the ingredients and spread into a small baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers.
