This macaroni and cheese is so good, it’ll disappear quickly when served.
6 cups of cooked pasta (I like to use penne)
4 cups of alfredo sauce (jar sauce is fine)
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups of shredded jack cheese
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
TOPPING:
¼ cup of parmesan cheese
½ cup of Panko bread crumbs (Japanese)
preheat the oven to 375. Spray baking dish lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook pasta ahead of time. Add the first 5 ingredients all at once in a large mixing bowl. Blend and pour into a casserole or baking dish.
Prepare topping in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the macaroni and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.

PREP TIME: 10 min
TOTAL TIME: 35 min
