Houdini Mac n' Cheese
This macaroni and cheese is so good, it’ll disappear quickly when served.
ingredients
- 6 cups of cooked pasta (I like to use penne)
- 4 cups of alfredo sauce (jar sauce is fine)
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of shredded jack cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of Panko bread crumbs (Japanese)

preheat the oven to 375. Spray baking dish lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

Cook pasta ahead of time. Add the first 5 ingredients all at once in a large mixing bowl. Blend and pour into a casserole or baking dish.

Prepare topping in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the macaroni and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.

This is hands down the best darn macaroni and cheese ever!
