Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pumpkin, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3-4 celery stacks, chopped
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2-4 Bouillon cubes
  • 2 or 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Pinches of pepper

directions

Boil water, throwing all ingredients in. Cook for 40-45 minutes or until vegetables are soft. If soup in too thick, add water. Remove the Bay Leaf and blend the soup. Add salt, pepper, and heavy cream
