Fruit Smoothie
Two delicious smoothie recipes to enjoy at breakfast or any time of day.
ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 oz. fruit juice of your choice
- 1 cup cut up fruit of your choice- fresh or frozen
- Our favorite is fresh blackberries from our yard in Forestville.
- Optional add ins
- wheat germ
- ground flax seeds
- one large scoop of ice cream
- or
- 8oz. cup of yogurt
directions

Put all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

For a creamier version add ice cream or yogurt.
