Two delicious smoothie recipes to enjoy at breakfast or any time of day.

ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 oz. fruit juice of your choice
  • 1 cup cut up fruit of your choice- fresh or frozen
  • Our favorite is fresh blackberries from our yard in Forestville.
  • Optional add ins
  • wheat germ
  • ground flax seeds
  • one large scoop of ice cream
  • or
  • 8oz. cup of yogurt

directions

  • 1

    Put all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • 2

    For a creamier version add ice cream or yogurt.
