Chicken Toscana Soup
ingredients
- 1 Deli rotisserie chicken torn in large pieces
- 1 8oz package potato gnocchi (season with garlic)
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 2 14oz cans chicken broth
- 1 box Lipton Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp Herbs De Provence
- 1/2 can chopped tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- garlic powder
- grated parmesan cheese
- dried Italian seasoning
directions
Add chicken broth to large pot and start to simmer add all four envelopes of Lipton soup mix to the broth. Next add the chicken bouillon and the Herbs De Provence, simmer for about 5 min. Add the chicken. cook 5 more min. Season gnocchi with garlic powder and parmesan and add to pot cooked additional 2 min. Last stir in the cream. Garnish each bowl with chopped tomato, spinach, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
