Edge's Swedish Meatballs
Edge (pro-wrestler for the WWE) is a big fan of meatballs. He claims these ones in particular to be his very favorite.
ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 C bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 2 Tb parsley

Mix together all ingredients & refrigerate for 3 hours.

Form into large balls that fill the palm of your hand. Fry in melted butter until browned. Be careful as they tend to burn easily.

Place in a covered casserole dish and bake at 350*F for 30 minutes.
