Crab Wontons
Just like Chinese take-out, but without all the fat because they are baked.
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
½ c. mayonnaise
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
48 won ton wrappers
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl mix together crab meat, green onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, spices and Swiss cheese.
Lay 2 wonton wrappers on top of each other so that the corners don’t match. Spoon approx. 1 tbsp. crab meat mixture onto wontons and place in muffin pan, so that the corners of the wonton wrappers are sticking up.
Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
