Crab Wontons

Just like Chinese take-out, but without all the fat because they are baked.

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  • In a medium bowl mix together crab meat, green onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, spices and Swiss cheese.

  • Lay 2 wonton wrappers on top of each other so that the corners don’t match. Spoon approx. 1 tbsp. crab meat mixture onto wontons and place in muffin pan, so that the corners of the wonton wrappers are sticking up.

  • Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
