- Mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 cup sour cream

Sauté breasts ‘til golden brown (remove buck shot)

Sauté onions and mushrooms

Add broth (and breasts?) and simmer covered 45 minutes

Add booze and sour cream

Only makes the rotation if a friend goes pheasant hunting and has leftovers for us.
