  • Salt and Pepper

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • ¼ cup brandy

  • 2 tbsp dry sherry

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Sauté breasts ‘til golden brown (remove buck shot)

  • Sauté onions and mushrooms

  • Add broth (and breasts?) and simmer covered 45 minutes

  • Add booze and sour cream

  • simmer
