grilled shrimp tacos
ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbs mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- mix together and set aside
- 1 1/2 lbs large peeled & deveined shrimp
- 3 Tbs butter, melted
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 4 limes cut in quarters
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 8 six-inch corn tortillas
- 2-3 cups shredded cabbage
- green tomatillo sauce
- Guacamole

Spear shrimp on skewers. Mix garlic and butter in bowl and brush on shrimp. Place shrimp kebabs on grill along with the lime wedges. Cook 4 minutes per side, until shrimp are opaque, and limes are browned. Remove from grill. Lightly salt shrimp. Grill tortillas for 30 seconds a side.

To serve, pull the shrimp off the skewers and divide evenly among tortillas. Top with cabbage, sour cream sauce, tomatillo sauce & guacamole. Spritz with lime.
notes
The grilled garlic shrimp are great. They don't have to be in tacos, but can be a side in a surf & turf and etc.
