Whited Spicy Burgers

Simply said, one of the best (of course Lisa’s Thyme burgers are amazing), spicy, Mmmm Burgers I’ve ever had. Make extra for lunch...

  • 1 Bottle of Vodka (we used Georgi-it’s just fine)

  • (if you want to be more severe...a bottle of Jack)

  • Crystal Light®Lemonade

  • 2lb. ground turkey/beef

  • 1 can Adobe Chipotle peppers.

  • 1 medium onion, red/Spanish/yellow

  • 8 Cloves of garlic

  • 1 Jalapeño

  • 3 tbls. Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2 tbls. hot sauce (you’re favorite)

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ Cup bread crumb

  • Salt and Pepper

  • The preparation instructions are pretty easy with this one. You will need to open the can of Chipotle peppers and chop them up, chop the onion, chop or crush the garlic, chop and dice the jalapeño, these with all the rest of the ingredients, put into a large mixing bowl and mix. Can use a large spoon or get your hands dirty and dive in. Remember to make you drink first, and WASH your hands.

  • Once all ingredients are blended, form into patties and grill (or on a skillet, just make them a little smaller and thinner).

  • Break out your favorite condiments (I wouldn’t recommend dousing these with too much, the burgers are so good on their own) and buns and chow down. Oh, have someone bring coleslaw.

PREP TIME: 20 min

notes:

Have a friend help you chop the ingredients. Also, frozen vodka Crystal Lights® are delicious as well.
