- Mary is a great cook and is constantly trying new dishes. New recipes are always gonna be hit or miss, and though the chef always prepares every new effort with skill, some recipes are obviously better than others.
- But sometimes it only takes one bite for each of us to look at one another and exclaim, “Wow... this one’s going in the Rotation.” (For example, Wednesday night is now mushroom soup night instead of Shrimp Taco night. Shrimp Taco hadn’t been pulling it’s weight, so we benched it to let it think about it’s future. We expect to see it back in the lineup by the summer.)
- Finally we have collected all of “The Rotation” in one place. Every single one of these recipes prompts an Albert Brooks, Defending Your Life - like reaction. They’re that good.

You'll notice a few recipes in the wrong location... Crepes in the Meat & Poultry, or Tomato sauce in Breads & Brunch... This is meant to be handy. When you want to make Chicken and asparagus crepes, for example, they're right next to each other. Right?
