Fruit Pizza

This is a fun way to serve your fruit with pizza or mexican fare. It’s good for you too!

  • Sugar free/fat free vanill pudding (or your favorite flavor)

  • Strawberries, bananas, mandarin oranges,blueberries or try your favorite fruit sliced

  • Tortilla

  • Light whip topping

  • Pam cooking spray

  • Prepare pudding according to box directions.

  • Spray tortilla with cooking spray (add a little cinnamon/sugar if you like) and brown under broiler. Turn and do the same to other side.

  • Cool and spread pudding on top.

  • Add fruit and some ligt whip topping if desired.

  • Chill in fridge.
