Fruit Pizza
This is a fun way to serve your fruit with pizza or mexican fare. It’s good for you too!
ingredients
- Sugar free/fat free vanill pudding (or your favorite flavor)
- Strawberries, bananas, mandarin oranges,blueberries or try your favorite fruit sliced
- Tortilla
- Light whip topping
- Pam cooking spray
directions

Prepare pudding according to box directions.
- 2
Spray tortilla with cooking spray (add a little cinnamon/sugar if you like) and brown under broiler. Turn and do the same to other side.

Cool and spread pudding on top.

Add fruit and some ligt whip topping if desired.

Chill in fridge.
