Quick, easy and lunch that looks as good as it tastes.
Lunchmeat such as: Low fat Ham, peppersteak, turkey, chicken, etc.
Lettuce
Light Mayo or Ranch, mustard, etc.
Low fat cheese
Low fat or low carb tortilla
Veggies as desired: Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, etc.
Spread rollup lightly with mayo, ranch, mustard or whatever you choose.
Lay out a thin layer of meat and one large lettuce leaf.
Add low fat cheese.
Add any extra desired veggies (sliced thin)
Roll tortilla, slice and serve.
