Lunchmeat Rollup
Quick, easy and lunch that looks as good as it tastes.
ingredients
- Lunchmeat such as: Low fat Ham, peppersteak, turkey, chicken, etc.
- Lettuce
- Light Mayo or Ranch, mustard, etc.
- Low fat cheese
- Low fat or low carb tortilla
- Veggies as desired: Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, etc.

Spread rollup lightly with mayo, ranch, mustard or whatever you choose.

Lay out a thin layer of meat and one large lettuce leaf.

Add low fat cheese.
- 4
Add any extra desired veggies (sliced thin)
- 5
Roll tortilla, slice and serve.
