Quick, easy and lunch that looks as good as it tastes.

ingredients

  • Lunchmeat such as: Low fat Ham, peppersteak, turkey, chicken, etc.
  • Lettuce
  • Light Mayo or Ranch, mustard, etc.
  • Low fat cheese
  • Low fat or low carb tortilla
  • Veggies as desired: Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, etc.

  • 1

    Spread rollup lightly with mayo, ranch, mustard or whatever you choose.

  • 2

    Lay out a thin layer of meat and one large lettuce leaf.

  • 3

    Add low fat cheese.

  • 4

    Add any extra desired veggies (sliced thin)

  • 5

    Roll tortilla, slice and serve.
