Hot Artichoke Dip
Sandy always makes this for “ Big” Valerie’s birthday..... I love it!!!!
ingredients
- 1-15 Oz. Can Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped
- 12 Oz. Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 C. Mayonnaise
- 1 C. Grated Parmesan
- 1/2 Tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Chopped Chives
- 1/2 Tsp. Parsley
- 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper

Mix all ingredients in a 5X9" Pan. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Serve with crackers, fresh bread, or Bruschetta rubbed with a garlic clove and lightly basted with olive oil.
notes
To make bruschetta, preheat your oven to 400° and then slice up some french bread. Toast on a cookie sheet for 2 minutes on each side; then, rub one side with a garlic clove, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt.
