This light little pizza is just as tasty, just as easy and faster than the calorie loaded version from the freezer department.

ingredients

  • Low fat or Low carb Tortilla
  • Pizza sauce
  • Turkey pepperoni, low fat hot dogs, canadian bacon, or chicken breast
  • Low fat cheese
  • Veggies as desired: Onions, peppers etc.
  • Olive oil or PAM spray

directions

  • 1

    Spray tortilla with PAM or brush with olive oil place on cookie sheet and put under broiler until browned to desired crispness. This only takes a few minutes.

    Take out of oven and turn over.

  • 3

    Add toppings.

  • 4

    Put back under broiler until cheese is melted, just a couple of minutes.
