Tortilla pizza
This light little pizza is just as tasty, just as easy and faster than the calorie loaded version from the freezer department.
ingredients
- Low fat or Low carb Tortilla
- Pizza sauce
- Turkey pepperoni, low fat hot dogs, canadian bacon, or chicken breast
- Low fat cheese
- Veggies as desired: Onions, peppers etc.
- Olive oil or PAM spray
directions

Spray tortilla with PAM or brush with olive oil place on cookie sheet and put under broiler until browned to desired crispness. This only takes a few minutes.

Take out of oven and turn over.

Add toppings.

Put back under broiler until cheese is melted, just a couple of minutes.
