24 Hour Salad
ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced & drained
- 1 box frozen green peas
- 1 pint mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- parmesan cheese
directions
In large container layer lettuce, celery, red onion, water chestnuts and frozen green peas. Top with mayonnaise. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese.
