Corn Pudding
Creamy and sweet.
ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3/4 c warm milk
- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 tsp sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
directions
Drain whole corn. Melt butter in milk, In mixing bowl, add flour to both corns mixed together. add milk, butter mixture and sugar to corn. Stir in eggs. Pour into buttered 2 qt casserole dish. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
