ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) package frozen Ahi Tuna steaks, thawed
  • 2 tbsp. hot chili pineapple sauce (Archer Farms is best)
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter

directions

    Heat grill to medium heat. Rinse tuna steaks with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  • 2

    In a small bowl, mix together sauce and peanut butter. Spread mixture on one side of tuna steaks.

  • 3

    When ready to grill, place tuna, sauce-side down, on grill. Spread sauce on face-up side of tuna. Grill tuna 10 to 12 minutes, turning once or until it flakes easily with a fork.
