Grilled Bloody Mary Chicken Sandwiches
Place chicken breasts in plastic food storage bag. Pour steak sauce over chicken. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 10 minutes.
Heat grill. Cook chicken on grill over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, until no longer pink in center, turning once. Discard marinade. Place buns, split side down, on grill and top chicken with bleu cheese during last 2 minutes of cooking.
Place chicken in buns. Top with lettuce and additional bloody mary steak sauce, if desired.
