Better than Sex Cake

ingredients

1 package German chocolate cake mix or devil’s food cake mix
10 ounces soft drink (I recommend Mr. Pibb, but any caramel colored soft drink will do)
1 t. vanilla
1 3.9-ounce package chocolate instant pudding mix
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
12 ounces chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts [optional]
14 ounces of caramels
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces chocolate covered toffee

You can also combine 8 ounces cream cheese, 2 eggs and 1 pound of confectioner's sugar to use as a frosting for this cake.
