Pav Bhaji
ingredients
- 2 large onions
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- peas and carrots (1/2 bag)
- cilantro
- 2-3 potatoes
- 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt, to taste
- 1 inch ginger
- oil

Chop potatoes and boil in salted water until soft.

Saute onions, garlic, ginger, and hot peppers. Once onions are cooked, add tomatoes and continue cooking until brown.

Microwave peas and carrots until soft. Add peas and carrots, cilantro, salt, and pav bhaji masala to onion and tomato mixture. Mix in boiled potatoes.

Mash to desired consistency and continue mixing until everything is well blended.

Serve with roasted french bread.
