Pav Bhaji

  • Chop potatoes and boil in salted water until soft.

  • Saute onions, garlic, ginger, and hot peppers. Once onions are cooked, add tomatoes and continue cooking until brown.

  • Microwave peas and carrots until soft. Add peas and carrots, cilantro, salt, and pav bhaji masala to onion and tomato mixture. Mix in boiled potatoes.

  • Mash to desired consistency and continue mixing until everything is well blended.

  • Serve with roasted french bread.
