Artichoke & Spinach Dip
Serve in a bread bowl with crackers, pita chips, or fresh cut vegetable. My friends always ask me to bring this to pot-lucks. It’s easy and the bread bowl and real pita chips turn an ordinary dip into something unusual.
ingredients
Dip- 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts packed in water, well drained, chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 package frozen spinach (boiled, thawed, and well drained)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 5 tablespoons (packed) grated Romano cheese (about 1 ounce)
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons light sour cream
- 1/2 package of Knorr French Onion Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 package pita bread
- olive oil
