Staves Family Goulash
Your basic goulash recipe that makes a ton of rib-sticking food for a little bit of money.
ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1/2 lb Elbow Macaroni
- 1 tsp Dried Onion
- 1 to 2 Ribs of Celery
- 1 can of Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 can of Dark Kidney Beans (drained)
- 1 large can of Tomato Sauce
- 3 slices of American Cheese
- Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
directions
Cook the noodles in boiling water until al denti. Brown the hamburger and then add everything else but the noodles. Once this is warm add the noodles and cook until the sauce looks like it is getting soaked up and the celery is soft. Melt the cheese on the top and season with garlic salt and pepper.
