Baked salmon
This is my favorite salmon recipe. Easy to make and full of flavor. Great recipe for entertaining.
ingredients
- 12 ounce Salmon fillet
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- juice of half an orange
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed.
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°
- 2
place salmon in a square baking dish. place rosemary sprig on top of salmon. In a medium bowl combine butter, oil, wine, juice, celery seed, garlic, salt, and pepper. gently pour over rosemary and salmon.

Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes, spoon sauce over rosemary and salmon about every 7 minutes.
