Lemon Cheese Bars

This is a favorite of many people every year. They really are yummy and very light.
ingredients
- 1 box pudding recipe yellow cake mix
- 1/3 c oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 teas lemon juice
directions

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 c. oil til crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture. Pat remaining mixture lightly into ungreased 13 x 9” pan. Bake crust 15 minutes at 350°. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer.

Cool. Cut into bars.
