Potatoes Au Gratin
Cindy Bell’s special recipe which I first tasted at the Bell Easter Dinner of 2007.
ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked potatoes
- 2 cups white sauce, below
- salt and pepper
- shredded mild Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- buttered bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt
- white or black pepper
