Shrimp and Lemon-Pepper Linguine
ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. Shrimp
- mix:
- 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3-6 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. olive oil

Coat small casserole dish with butter

Add thawed shrimp

Add bread crumb mixture

Bake for 13 minutes at 400° (covered)

serve on top of lemon-pepper linguine
