Ultimate Cheeseball

This is a crowd favorite. Everyone loves it but is surprised when you tell them what is in it.

  • 2 8oz blocks cream cheese, softened

  • 1 small jar dried beef, chopped

  • 1 small can mushrooms, chopped

  • 1 4oz can black olives, chopped

  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

  • 1 tsp Accent

  • 1 c finely chopped pecans

  • Mix first 6 ingredients together. Shape into two balls, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate few hours or overnight. Roll in chopped pecans before serving with crackers or bread.
