Mom's Mac N Cheese

  • Bring water to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan, and add two teaspoons of salt to water. Add macaroni and cook about 10 minutes or until macaroni is cooked but not mushy, Drain off all water.

  • Add butter, and as much milk as you like. If you like it soupy you might use it all.

  • Put it back to the burner then add your cheeses. Stir until melted, adding salt and pepper to taste.

  • Add more Velveeta if you want it cheesier.

  • Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
