Mom's Mac N Cheese
ingredients
- 2 Cups elbow macaroni
- 2 Cups of milk
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 1 Cup of Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8 slices of American cheese
- Salt
- Pepper

Bring water to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan, and add two teaspoons of salt to water. Add macaroni and cook about 10 minutes or until macaroni is cooked but not mushy, Drain off all water.

Add butter, and as much milk as you like. If you like it soupy you might use it all.

Put it back to the burner then add your cheeses. Stir until melted, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Add more Velveeta if you want it cheesier.

Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
