Banana Bread
Very dense, super moist, and so good paired with a bunch of butter! This is how banana bread is supposed to be!
ingredients
- 3 large, ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 4 Tbls Butter (melted and cooled)
- 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda

Preheat oven to 325° and lightly grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.

In a bowl, mash the bananas (you should have about 1 cup).

Beat in sugar, egg, and butter.

In another bowl mix together the flours, salt, and baking soda. Add this to the banana mixture and stir just until all the flour is moistened.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and then bake for 55 - 60 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
