This is great meal in winter time. Need a meal to warm you up, This is it. It’s pretty easy to make, not to much effort.

ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound Velveeta, cubed
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked
  • 2 cups spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, for topping

directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • 2

    In a large skillet melt butter. Add flour and make a medium white sauce by slowly adding the milk. Stir until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper.

    Add Cubed cheese, chicken, and spaghetti. Mix well and place in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. top with cheese.

  • 4

    Bake for 30 minutes.

notes

We use a chicken that has been boiled and removed from the bones. We also use the chicken broth to cook the noodles.
