Zesty Salisbury Steak

This is one Lisa makes when she’s at the helm. I love them.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2
Crush corn flakes. Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties and brush additional sauce on top of patties. Bake until no longer pink about 20 to 25 minutes.
notes
the recipe calls for 1 pound of beef but i like 1 1/2 pounds better. Lisa is gonna be mad when she reads this
