Mom's Hot Chicken Salad
A perfect luncheon dish served with a fruit salad. Requested by all!
ingredients
- 2 Cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 2 cups croutons
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced instant onions
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of mayo
directions
Heat oven to 450. Cook chicken either by poaching or lightly roasting. Mix all ingredients except for 1 cup of cheese and crouton mixture saved for topping. Spray baking dish with Pam, pour mixture into dish and top with topping mixture. Bake until bubbly
