Nancy's Lamb Burgers

ingredients
Delicious!- One boneless leg of lamb
- feta cheese - crumbled
- garlic - minced
- cilantro - chopped
- olives - chopped
- pita bread
- plain yogurt, drained in small strainer
- grated cucumber, drained
- cilantro
- minced garlic
- Mix together
directions
Chop lamb into large cubes and chop in food processor until “burger like”. Then mix in large mixing bowl the feta, garlic, cilantro and olives. Form into oval burgers and grill on George Foreman grill or otherwise. Serve in 1/2 peta rounds with Tazaki Sauce.
