RAECHEL'S SPINACH DIP
This is from our Dallas Culinary Girl.
ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese (brick)
- 1 frozen package chopped spinach
- 3/4 to 1 cup Mayo (never Miracle Whip)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, diced small
- 3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
- red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste

squeeze out spinach, mix ingredients until well incorporated and place in greased (with Pam) baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 min. or until golden brown. Can be doubled.
