Protein Bars

ingredients
- 4 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups Whey Protein powder - vanilla flavored
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts/seeds of your choice
- 1 cup warm water
- 5 Tbl natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbl vanilla extract

This is a very versatile recipe. For the 1 cup nuts you can use walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, raisins, carmel chips, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, ground flax seed, Kashi cereal or any combination.
