Mummy Man Cheese spread

This is a fun appetizer to serve at Halloween time. Takes just a little work but the payoff is great!
ingredients
- 2 port wine cheese logs (12 oz. each)
- 1 pkg.(8 oz.) cream cheese softened
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 2 whole peppercorns
- 1 pimento strip
