  • 1 can water (1 1/3 cups)
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • parsley to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/3 cups minute rice
  • 3-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
