Kathy's Famous Spinach Salad

Kathy is more modest than to call her salad “famous”...so it was named that by the Rogers family long ago.
ingredients
- Spinach
- Bean Sprouts
- 4 eggs - hardboiled
- Bacon - crisp
- Waterchestnuts - sliced
- 2/3 cup of veg. oil
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp. worchestershire
- 1 sm. onion - quartered
directions
Prepare salad and toss together except eggs. In a blender mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and add eggs. Enjoy!
