Caesar Dressing

ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed, minced
  • pepper
  • worchesterhire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons

directions

Put egg, garlic and anhcovy paste in blender. Add small amount of oil, blend on high until thick, pour remaining oil in slow steady stream . Right before serving add remaining ingredients. Toss with Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and croutons.
