Pat's Zesty Carrots
Pat Padovan’s carrots are really good! A horseradish punch to them makes for a wonderful side dish to any meal.
ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- dash paparika
- 1/4 cup liquid from carrots
directions
Cook carrots first. Spread 6-8 large cooked carrots in lengthwise strips in casserole dish. Mix and pour over carrots all ingredients. Bake at 375 for 20 min.
