Rolando's Mexican Rice
Favorite rice in the entire World. The best with crema on top.
ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon knorr chicken bouillon
- 1/4 onion
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 pack Sazon Goya
- 1 tablespoon oil
directions

Blend together tomatoes, bouillon, onion, salt, water, sazon, until completely liquefied.

Heat oil, fry rice for a few minutes, until it starts to lightly brown. Stir in blended sauce, and leave covered, do not stir, for about 20 minutes, or until no longer liquidy.
