Aunt Marianne's Crab Cakes

  • 1. in large bowl with fork, break crab meat into fine shreds & stir in bread crumbs

  • 2. in a bowl, whisk remaining ingredients (except butter & lemons) & add to crab mixture

  • 3. make 6 patties

  • 4. bake in 350° preheated oven for 5-8 minutes until golden brown

  • 5. drizzle with butter (melted) & garnish with lemon wedges
