Chili Salsa by Tracy

From Tracy’s kitchen

  • 1- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes

  • 3 tbsp - canned diced jalapenos (adjust heat by the amount)

  • 1 tbsp - lime juice

  • 1 tsp - salt

  • ¼ tsp - ground cumin

  • ½ cup - diced spanish onion

  • 1) Combine diced tomatos, jalapenos, lime juice, and spices in food processor(or blender) on high for a few moments until tomoatos have been nearly pureed, yet still chuncky. The jalapenos should be chopped into visible minced bits. BE careful not to over-process.

  • 2) Pour mixture into a bowl and add diced onion. Mix well, cover and store overnight for the flavors to properly develop.
