Kale with Sesame Seeds
This is great alone, or as a side dish. It accompanies Asian entrees well. It’s vegan, and vegetarian, and it won’t hurt a carnivore.
ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
