Mom's Bacon Cheese Dip

ingredients

  • 2 C Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Blocks of Cream Cheese
  • 1 package of Bacon
  • 1 Sweet Yellow Onion
  • 1C Chives
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 C Mayonnaise

    Fry the bacon until crispy, then sauté the onions in the bacon grease until they are clear.

  • 2

    Blend the Cream Cheese and mayo together well, then fold in the Parmesan cheese, bacon and onions.

  • 3

    Hollow out a round of bread and fill with the bacon cheese mixture and bake at 250 for 30 minutes, or until it is warm all the way thru. Garnish with fresh Chives.
