BEER BREAD
Sweet and subtle with a crunchy top
ingredients
- 3 cups Self-Rising Flour, sifted
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 12 oz. Beer (room temperature)
directions

Mix all ingredients together. Place in Teflon bread pan or spray a non-stick loaf pan. Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes.

Serve buttered.
notes
Choose your favorite beer. (I like Shiner Boch). Lite beer works fine too!
