Chik and Dumples (Vegetarian Chicken and Dumplings)
Jodi’s vegetarian version of chicken and dumplings
ingredients
- 2 cup Bisquick Reduced-Fat Baking Mix
- 2 serving Carmel Kosher Chicken Broth
- 2 clove garlic clove(s)
- 1/3 cup onion(s)
- 14 oz vegetable broth
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 bags Morningstar Chik Strips, thawed
directions

Dice chik, and brown in cooking spray, if desired.

Mix Bisquick with 1/2 cup water and desired herbs, if any, to make batter. Add more water if necessary.

Bring vegetable broth and 2 cups water to a boil, and add broth powder.

Drop spoonfuls of batter into boiling mixture, and cook until done.

Add vegetables and diced chik.
