Jodi’s vegetarian version of chicken and dumplings
2 cup Bisquick Reduced-Fat Baking Mix
2 serving Carmel Kosher Chicken Broth
2 clove garlic clove(s)
⅓ cup onion(s)
14 oz vegetable broth
2 cup water
½ cup water
2 bags Morningstar Chik Strips, thawed
Dice chik, and brown in cooking spray, if desired.
Mix Bisquick with ½ cup water and desired herbs, if any, to make batter. Add more water if necessary.
Bring vegetable broth and 2 cups water to a boil, and add broth powder.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into boiling mixture, and cook until done.
Add vegetables and diced chik.
